EFFICIENCY NOVA SCOTIA PROGRAMS
Grant programs in Nova Scotia are administered by Efficiency Nova Scotia . They offer a wide variety of incentives for new and existing homes. As with the Federal Eco-ENERGY program, you must enroll in the EnerGuide for Existing Houses program and have an energy evaluation performed on your home before equipment is purchased and upgrades are made.
Efficiency NS also provides free energy efficiency upgrades for low-income homeowners.

This is a lease-to-own program, with an interest rate based on a 5, 7, or 10-year term.
